Optimal Performance Specialists, LLC is a subsidiary of Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists, PC. It was created to focus and educate individuals on topics related to sports fitness and injury prevention. We provide services to many parents, coaches and athletes in the Jackson area. When it comes to athletics, Optimal Performance Specialists can help you become better at whatever you, your child or your team want to become. Whether it’s faster, quicker, or the desired ability to jump higher, OPS will help you build the skills you need. OPS continues to provide performance training for the Jackson area.
