PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Performance training utilizes a weight training program using body weight, resistance bands, medicine balls and more.This is combined with speed and agility drills that have been proven to be successful in collegiate and professional sports levels.

Our 4 tier program has three levels in each tier starting with the basics for all fundamental movements in sports. The program progresses in intensity and difficulty through all tiers and levels to achieve maximum athletic ability. Our Performance coaches will evaluate and screen all athletes to place them in their individual or team program and start them on their way to optimal performance!

 

Individual Training:

For athletes, ages 10 and up.
Training sessions last 1 hour and are scheduled at your convenience.
Train in groups of 1-4.

Cost: $25 per session
$240 for 12 sessions
$440 for 24 sessions
Discounts available for siblings and groups of 3-4 who train together.

This training is geared for personalized programs with no more than 4 individuals. This program is tailored to specific strength and improvement of the individual’s weakness.Performance training is designed for multi-level strength and conditioning programs with the end goal to make athletes perform at their top level. Performance training focuses on improving your speed, agility, power and strength to help you become the best athlete!

ADVANTAGES OF INDIVIDUAL TRAINING VS GROUP TRAINING:

  • Training level & progression of training are based on the individual's needs rather than the group needs.
  • Schedule fits your availability ensuring that you will get all of your sessions. With group training, missed sessions cannot be made up.

 

Group Training:

This can be for your team or with some of the best athletes from any school at numerous times for your convenience. Group training sessions are set months in advance, so please call for availability. If you are interested in training for a team of 10 or more during the school year, we will work around your practice and game schedule to maximize your teams potential.

Cost: $5 per athlete per hour
Layouts for training sessions can be most any combination of days and weeks.

Have you found yourself wishing that your team was faster? Quicker? Stronger? In better condition? We can set up team training sessions to help you reach those goals. These sessions are based on the same principles and techniques as our individual training with more of a conditioning component thrown in.

ADVANTAGES OF GROUP TRAINING

  • Good for athletes who are more comfortable working in a group setting.
  • May get the opportunity to watch and be pushed by higher level athletes.

 

 

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • With individual training, athletes must give at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel. No shows may result in loss of the session.
  • 12-session packages must be completed within 8 weeks of the first session. This will ensure maximal physiological changes and improvements in athleticism.
  • 24-session packages must be completed within 16 weeks of the first session.
  • With group training, full refund will be made if cancellations are received at least 24 hours prior to the first session.
  • If cancellations are made the first or second day, a 50% refund will be given or the full prorated amount (based on days attended) can be applied toward future training sessions.
  • If injury prevents an athlete from completing a training program, the prorated registration fee will be refunded or can be applied toward future training.
