Fitness training, by design, is a multi-level strength and conditioning program with the end goal to make the general public move and feel better, by focusing on improving your cardio fitness, joint stability, power and strength to make you become optimally fit and injury free for your lifestyle. Fitness training utilizes a similar weight training program that is used by high class athletes. However, we first perform a fitness screening so we start you at your base level by using body weight, resistance bands, medicine balls, and more. This is combined with speed and agility drills that have been proven to be successful in collegiate and professional sports. All of our performance coaches have experience at the collegiate or professional level and continually work with all ages of people.
